    For the Tiramisu you need

    Sponge fingers
    Large tin of condensed milk
    500 g Mascarpone
    Cup of strong coffee (about 5 teaspoons of coffee in one cup)
    2-3 Tablespoons of rum
    Grated or chopped dark chocolate

    Make the coffee and add the rum. Put in a large shallow bowl. Then dip the sponge fingers in the mixture (1 - 2 seconds each side) till all the mix is soaked up.
    Mix the Mascarpone and condensed milk.
    Layer up a dish with the sponge fingers, Mascarpone and condensed milk mix and grated chocolate. Make as many layers as you want.
