  1. Hi, I am finally at the age where I can finally act on fulfilling my ambition to become an army officer. I want to send my application out and go for interviews as soon as possible but I am just wandering how long it takes for an application from the Republic of Ireland to go through so I can get a date for AOSB. I doubt it helps but I have a dual citizenship as I'm British/Irish.
  2. No idea if ROI affects it but for me it took bloody ages. I'd say give it 6-8 weeks from submitting your application to having an initial interview. If you get through that a further 2/3 months before you do your medical then briefing. Then it's up to you how long until you go to main board but they suggest you wait at least 3 months.
