Tight calf

Hi i do abit of a warm up but still i get tight calfs for maybe first 15 minutes of running is there anything i can do to get rid of this problem?
the last 1/4 of my run is always the best today i was almost sprinting the last mile of my 3 mile jog and i recon if i could run that fast over my 1.5 mile i would be easylily doing it under 10min, but i cant because when ever i attempt it i go slow for some reason and at selection i know they only have a 800 meter warm up so what can i do?
