Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. At the cusp of (possibly) getting a bounty, what will you be spending it on?

I thought I'd have my teeth professionally whitened (out of curiousity more than anything), buy a tent and give 10% to chaaredy (ABF).
  2. Dodgy Al sells ripped of porno DVD's down the market for £2.50 each... so thats ~600 vids and certain blindness for me!
  3. I can do them for £2!!!!!!!
  4. I'm slightly concerned that 22% of our survey will be tending to their prescription drug habit. Porn is far healthier, surely?

    Bibo_boy, 6 for a tenner?

Taking The_Duchess and the heir on holiday.

I thought about promising her £20 per week once I reached 65 years of age as a reward for putting up with me being in the TA, but it was not as well received.

(Just joking Cardinal - let's not start it up again! :D )
  6. As usual I will be taking der family on holiday, it seems fair enough really
  7. This year my bounty will mostly be spent on:

    1. Reading 2007 tickets :D
    2. A HD ready LCD TV :D

Sod spending it on anything sensible 8O
  8. My bounty will mostly be spent on beer, cheap men, lottery tickets and prescription drugs.

Caution shameless plug: Oh and maybe some Gucci kit and making up the sponsorship deficit to get me through my 100km walk in aid of the Gurkha Welfare Trust and Oxfam sponsor me here What a good way for you all to spend a tenner of your bounties....
  9. Already spent on

    Soon to be spent on
Laminate Floor (and laid if the toffee crisp comes in time!!!!)
  10. I think the bounty system should be scrapped - bunch of opportunists.....

Should be proud to serve your country and do it for free - Cub scout leaders don't get paid......
  11. Wah, wah, wah.... :crying:
  12. What's the difference between the Cub Scouts and the Army?

(Shameless paraphrasing of Good Morning Vietnam)
  13. Will you be leading by example and work for free?
    Thought not
  14. Plus postage and you have a deal!!!!!
  15. Most of you should spend it on weight loss products.

    Or smaller, well shaped berets.
