This takes the biscuit

This dastardly crime was committed on 7 May 2016 and PC Hooper was no doubt suspended on full pay pending further investigation into this theft. He'll need a fitness test before accepting him back for active duty if he's been off for over a year stuffing his face with Wagon Wheels and HobNobs

And will probably be off sick with a stress related illness for the next 12 months and then pensioned off with a disability pension!

"It was alleged that on May 7, 2016, PC Hooper had taken another officer's tin of biscuits from a cupboard, without her permission.

The tribunal previously heard that PC Hooper was going to offer to share them, and also offered to replace them."

Weak bastard.
If he'd just curled one down in the tin and put it back everything would be rosy.
I was genuinely told about a lad who was new on a relief, and they took pleasure in eating the biscuits out of his lunch. Being new he was also dicked for being the briefing officer.

So one briefing was ended, after he found his bicuits gone, with the briefing .ppt showing clearly the biscuits lodging in his arse crack.....
