The UK/European migrant problem

"‘But this is a judicial review and is expensive. They cost £20,000 to £30,000 a time. There are some legal firms playing the system, which is a real issue. We need the Government to link things together because their age assessments at the point of entry into the UK are not robust enough."

Quelle surprise!
Those legal firms playing the system should start to find the system is biting back with increased scrutiny from the likes of the HMRC and HSE for two paying visits and enforcing regulations to the letter in every aspect possible,

Plod doing stop and search is another area the powers that be can be reacting to individuals who think they can play the system.

The Iranians that usually turn out to be Afghans claiming to be Iranians, wonder if this lot will be the same
It is odd that for about three years every single migrant was ''Syrian', until the world looked elsewhere. Now it's fashionable amongst the Channel Commuters to be 'Iranian' as they are the latest Middle Eastern bogie men.

They'd probably claim to be North Korean if they had the look.

Well done Judge, he will learn his lesson fom this prison time

Albanian illegal immigrant, 25, led police on 100mph chase then crashed into family home | Daily Mail Online

Describing the incident as 'one of the worst cases of dangerous driving', Judge Gary Burrell QC sentenced Prendaj to 12 months jail and told him he faced deportation
With regard to any possible deportation, even though he is an illegal immigrant, it is interesting to read "a special immigration hearing will be needed before this is decided".

I suppose the "hearing" will be behind closed doors.
