The Trump Presidency...

No this is the rate set for the year, and it is automatically deducted from the pay check every month.

How much is your employer contributing to your insurance? If you're self employed you'll find your rates are a lot higher. I pay $555.50 a month for just myself, plus I have a $10,000 deductible. My wife gets her insurance fully paid by her employer but her insurance plan covers the absolute bare minimum.

Something like 2200.00 a month. Your deductible sucks!

Trump was rated as the dumbest student ever by his professor at business school, and as a businessman he's the only person ever who managed to lose money running a casino. He has six bankruptcies behind him and is on record for losing a billion dollars in ten years of bad business deals. I don't call that very business savvy.

What he does have going for him is that a lot of working class people love the way he trolls the lefties, who truly deserve the shit he's handing to them, but to be perfectly honest America needs to stop electing TV and movie personalities who are completely out of touch with reality

Trump lost the popular vote by around 3,000,000 votes. He only won the Electorial College vote. Weird system we have here in America means members of the Electoral College don't have to follow the popular vote.

Huh? I thought the state awards it’s electoral votes, based off the popular vote of that state. You just have to win the majority of states, which stops two huge states controlling the country’s direction.

Most states have rules that the electors must go with the popular vote in that state, but there's no consistency from state to state, and it is perfectly legal for an elector to vote "with his/her conscience" and not vote according to the state's popular vote.
The most annoying issue is that a Republican vote in a Blue state is meaningless, and a Democratic vote in a Red state is equally meaningless, so the entire Presidential election depends on just eight "purple" states - not very democratic, but the USA isn't a democracy - it's a representative republic.

Funny how its always whataboutery when you lot dont want to acknowledge this potus is not the first to do such acts. Heads in the sand saying LAlalalalalalalala I cant hear you is not befitting you as supposed adults
As you're a proven liar, you will understand why I am laughing at you right now.

Have just listened to live coverage of Bernie Sanders. It seems he’s doing the’full Corbyn’ - promising all things to everyone...writing off student debt, no tuition fees, minimum wage raised to $15ph. He also managed to weave the cultural melting pot aspect into that also.

He's not gone full Corbyn until he starts following antisemites and holocaust deniers on social media

The democratic nomination is essentially over now with Bernie being the winner. So there will be Trump vs Bernie showdown for the presidency. This will be a replay of recent UK election with one difference. That being brexit. Lacking that you will see elites in US fall in line with the lesser of two evils that being Trump.

Unfortunately, I reckon you're on the money. In a competition between the radical Left and the hard Right, the 'establishment' (that swamp that someone was going to drain) will invariably choose the latter, as it poses less of a threat to their continued lifestyle.

I think we might one day be getting to that point. We have to many low skilled foreigners here, who eat the social services up like a locust.
Oooops. Looks like there may be a new Chief of Staff shortly. Linky Poo

White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney caught on tape saying US is ‘desperate’
White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney was caught on tape admitting that, despite President Donald Trump’s policy preferences, the United States is “desperate” for more immigrants, according to a recording obtained by the Washington Post.

He further undermined the administration’s claims of its economic prowess, admitting that immigration is necessary for sustained economic growth.

“We are desperate — desperate — for more people,” Mulvaney said, according to the post, stressing that it should be legal. “We are running out of people to fuel the economic growth that we’ve had in our nation over the last four years. We need more immigrants.”

Before Trump’s election in 2016, it was clear Mulvaney was not on board with the Republican nominee’s agenda and disliked him personally.

“Yes, I am supporting Donald Trump, but I’m doing so despite the fact that I think he’s a terrible human being,” Mulvaney said.

I wonder how long it will take Steven HimMiller to bubble Mulvaney up to Trump.

Low skilled or no skilled people don’t boost the economy spank. They rob the social services, that should go to the citizenry. But if you would like to add Spanish as your third language we can let Central America flood Canada!

I'm not suggesting you should take unskilled people or take anyone that just feels like coming in to the U.S at all. As an immigrant into Canada myself I am not opposed to rules on immigration, it was made very clear at the start I wouldn't be eligible for benefits for a minimum of five years and only then I had to have been paying into the system to make any kind of claim. In fact I believe Trump at one time said 'why don't we have rules like Canada?'

What Mulvaney is saying is that Trumps vilification of immigrants, painting them all as thieves, rapists, murderers, and criminals is creating an environment that is keeping the good ones away.

Anyway, back to taking the piss out of Hair Furor.

Obviously fatty is expecting yuuuge crowds , tweeting that at least 7 million people may turn out to see the worlds greatest and bestest ever President in India.

I would disagree about that. Our bureaucracy keeps the good ones out, because it is such a massive cluster.
Having a points based system and bringing in people who can contribute is a good thing. Arrse has quite a few members who are beneficial to America.

Pedro and his 7 kids who are all using Snap benefits and sucking out resources in the school district are not. But it is not politically correct to say, Americans don’t want Syrian Jihadi’s imported in who will never conform to American society.

Yes, you are right. The Democrats have blown 2020. So get that Red Hat and prepare for Trump unleashed in 21. It will be a 2nd term of retaliation.
