The Trump Presidency...

Apart from "no, I haven't had breakfast/second breakfast/elevenses/lunch/tiffin/tea/dinner/supper" of course.

They're not lies.

They are tactical misdirections based on the need to keep a large body in perfect condition.

You know, the attachments under that video have me convinced I want to spend 48 minutes watching that.

Great write up here of that platform.

Rumble is one of several upstart social media platforms that pro-Trump users are flocking to, in part because they offer a more hospitable alternative reality. For years now, some conservative pundits have called on their supporters to decamp from mainstream social networks to newer websites with looser moderation standards.

Mind you, this place is also often a more hospitable alternative reality.

Oh, I spy a QAnon Telegram channel. I love some of that, better than dropping shrooms.

This video is far more informative.

Preferred their earlier work. Still got this on a tape single somewhere!

The Mark Radcliffe show on BBC Radio 1 (when it was cool in the evenings in the mid-90s) propelled it to No 1

I don't see many Trumpies getting upset about the substantiated child sex crimes of RepGaetz, but they still fixate on the totally unsubstantiated Clinton child sex crimes of Pizzagaetz.

Paying money to have sexual encounters with women sounds a lot like prostitution to me, or maybe the new "Sugar Daddy" sex for money & gift agreements.

Once they hit 18 yes old they are classed as adults and can do what they want.
One 17 year old, out of 150 women is the exception not the rule?
Unless more evidence comes to light that he was grooming her ....

There are arguements for and against prostitution (empowering women Vs exploitation), but as Gaetz is GOP and is a cold hard capitalist. I doubt he sees anything wrong with buying sex in the market place.

However, being a congressman and banging prostitute's is not a good look for the Christian right and is a massive security risk.
I doubt he will lose his job over this, but I also doubt he will run for re-election.

Edit: correction of post.

No barrier to being President though was it?

I do like the whole "hate the sinner not the sin" as long as he bans abortion vibe that is in US politics.

And it's hysterical that "Closeted Christian Republican" is a genuine defined search term on PornHub.

No barrier from being president?
I would be surprised if he raised enough money to run in the presidential primaries, let alone got enough votes to get past the first round.

My point is that such behaviour is no barrier to high office.

The sole barrier appears to be money.

And lack of money is no barrier as a fool and their money are easily parted.

Trump has recently encouraged donations into the direction of the trump fund rather than the party fund, but has hit a hurdle by fooling people with recurring payments. Though memories are short and they are likely to send funds again

Yup, morals in US politics are few and far between. Senators are unlikely to vote for any legislation that will be detrimental to them getting rich.

Well, now you can call for and accept help from Foreign sources.

It turned up that the Trump campaign was well underway with Russian help, and that Trump is a useful idiot. But don’t worry, as Trump already pardoned Manafort so they don’t need to worry

Ah yes Manafort was convicted of being a Russian spy right?

No

He was prosecuted for many things including fraud, had a mistrial and opted for a plea bargain, and trump have him a pardon

So the Russia investigation bagged him for tax evasion and lying the to FBI. He was not an elected official and Trump was not found to have direct links to Russia.

Good job Flynn got done for being a filthy Russian spy.

Being Russian spies was not the allegation
Russian interference was, along with collaboration between Russia and the Trump campaign

So how many people ended up getting banged up for being Russian agents?

At the end of the day, the investigation concluded that there was insufficient evidence to bring any conspiracy or coordination charges against Trump or his associates (according to wiki).

Add into the mix Trump beat two impeachments, is he must be an evil master mind and not the knock kneed wassock the Dems would have us believe. Curious.

I don't blame Russia from wanting to see Trump win. He was the lesser of two evils for them.

Now the parties have changed ends and it is now all "China, China, China" and Biden being corrupt.
