The kids seem to be the worst with the fact that many pop positive, but have few if any symptoms. With up to a two week lead time one person can infect dozens before they know they have it.

Another aspect out here is the social attitude of “ rub some dirt on it” and deal with it. Makes people more willing to stay the course and just roll with the punches. A lockdown hurts everybody compared to taking precautions and driving on. At what point does a virus that has killed not even 1/10 of one percent of the state population shut everything down for months on end?

The US is also the third most populated country in the world, so we might have a high death toll because we have more people who can be infected... It does seem our "peers" across the pond have not managed to contain it at all. In a Republic with 50 states and assorted territories to go with it, much of the Covid response has been determined by individual governors, whom in the case of NY are a bit of a black eye to the nation. So the challenges of geography and population seem to elude you in this area.

Yes they are actual people and I understand that. But at what point do you trade for the future to keep those most vulnerable going for maybe a few years at best? The majority of people whom are doing the dying are already knocking on heaven's door. If it is not the Rona it will be something else that gets them. So do you harm the body as a whole in order to preserve the lives of every single person, or accept the fact that just like in pandemics of past the most vulnerable tend to be the ones who pass away?

I don't believe that folks are au fait with the actual counting process. It's not as if someone stands in front of a big blackboard and marks the votes individually for each candidate as the counters shout them out.

What happens is that, let's say, 200 folks are charged with counting - a number bordering on the average number of counters employed, although there are often many more. So each of our 200 counters tallies up around 1,000 votes in an hour. They are then collected by the supervisors and added to the total on the big board. That's 200,000 votes right there added with one fell swoop, so it's well within the realm of possibility that 400,000 or more votes can come together in two or three hours.

As I've already stated on this thread, it very much seems to be a case of "we've already got the result, now we just need to find the facts to fit it". What a way to run an election, eh?

Its a matter of perspective..... The blob(binary large object) data is enormous and I took a dive into myself last night from the arizona bullet points and makes absolutely clear the Democrats in four Big Cities benefitted from some enormously unlikely results and in Arizona, you have a more low level problem with illegal voters.

Dominion: enough questions have been raised and all remain unanswered. For me the very idea of a rollout build the day before an election is an enormous red flag, because in IT you just don't do that, as a normal code deployment will be locked 1-2 weeks early and a big release can be up to 3 months lock, to give the testing some confidence.

My guess is Rudy allows his emotions to get the better of him. He sees witness testimony from good honest people which is brushed off as 'stupid trumpers' and the data analytics that in his earlier career, would have been technical enough, to establish criminal activity, no different from say a volume of calls before a crime is committed. Is simply ignored.
