The scale of the present disaster

I should imagine that Brown is probably the only Prime minister who has ever hoped & prayed that he will lose the next election. If Labour wins, he will resign due to ill health, therefore passing the problem to someone else.
Alternatively, if they lose, Brown can sit grinning on the opposition benches berating the (presumably) Tories over the state of the country !

And yet they allow people like you to vote.

Do enlighten us about how it is going to get worse.

Is this based on political wisdom or the fact that if you did your grandad wouldn't buy you any more smarties next time he picks you up from kindergarten.

You want 5 more years of Labour and Brown?

I suppose that those nasty Tories will turn the benefits tap off....

That's funny, the Secondary banking crisis of 1973 that started during the lying toad Heath's government and carried on under the hapless Wilson was caused by a crash in...(drum roll please) Housing prices.

Good old Wikki suggests that a combination of factors caused this. But there looks to be a number of factors of relevance to now....

Amazing.

We're bankrupt. In the scheme of things, I'd say that's *fairly* bad. If New Labour was to get back in then they'd just carry on spending, the outreach co-ordinators, the H&S Nazis, the people who take pictures of your wheelie bin and fine you for improper presentation of waste and throwing billions to corrupt, far flung countries so their presidents can buy the latest Mercedes.

And then, in a year or so, the IMF would come calling because the printing press has worn out and we can't afford a new one. That, I'm afraid, is about as bad as it gets. I'm amazed that people will still, after everything that's happened, vote for Cyclops 8O

Ok I'm a might confused why anyone should currently fear a Conservative government, since 1997; manufacturing has collapsed, public spending has ballooned, and immigration has gone unchecked.....

The list is endless, but we can't vote Conservative because things will get worse.....HOW exactly will they get worse?

Spending like a drunken sailor is not going solve this one, however you won't make your core voters happy if you; stop overseas aid,cut benefits, force pay cuts on the public sector and pull back on E&D.

Things will get worse!!!!!! :?

It's a pity that the useless cnut won't be in charge in 4 years time, it'd be go so much fun to see hime getting verbally assaulted in Parliment for breaking his own new law of maintaining financial stability......!

I wouldn't hold your breath for it to happen just yet, there is the possibility that enough mongs don't realise what he has done and will vote for them as they have done many times over
