Looks lik a fan of Snatch to me....

Engineer Martin Baker, 54, of Egham, Surrey, has been convicted of murdering his wife Tina, who has been missing for four years. Tina Baker was last seen heading off to feed the animals at their farm in July 2002. The Old Bailey heard that the 41-year-old's body may have been fed to pigs.
  2. I always thought they had to have a stiff before the could pin a murder rap on somebody. Is that no longer the case?

  3. A body has not been required for ages. Some murder trial a couple of hundred years ago proved that someone had been thrown overboard mid-atlantic and the murderer swung for it.

Proof of death (beyond reasonable doubt) is all that is required: which is admittedly a lot easier with some remains.
