The possible Coronavirus Medal!! A another oppurtunity for the NDM demanders?

Why not?
NHS staff who went to fight Ebola got a medal.
dealing with Coronaviris is certainly 100% more dangerous than hanging around bitching in the NAAFI during the BAOR War.

You think this will be over by Remembrance Sunday?
Good point.
The drill book will need to be re-written, to take into account dressing...at double arm intervals!

Nope.
My boss is a right on SJW luvvie type.
I'm as blunt and obnoxious as I can possibly be. Just for shits and giggles.
He wanted us to wear the Rainbow NHS badge on our fleeces.. I asked why. He said to show support for the LGBTXYZConfused community.
I told him to **** off, the only thing I support is Man United and since when do the weird feckers support me for being a White heterosexual male who is married with two kids eh!
He hasn't asked me anymore daft questions since.
Get that bloody badge on!!

I don’t care who you wear it to support, whether it’s George, Bungle or Zippy, but get that rainbow badge on.

Linemen do a dangerous job. So do scaffolders and clearance divers. Should they get medals too?

What about all those hard working internet types that keep the likes of pornhub working
They get some medal that looks suspiciously like a crusty sock?

Bin men? On Merseyside, the waste management centres have been closed. There is no green waste collections now too. Bin men nowadays have it much easier and safer than ever
Seeing bin men in scouseland has always made me wonder - are they collecting or delivering?

I think the Ebola Medal for Service in West Africa was thoroughly deserved. I would have been scared shitless working anywhere near that particular epidemic. The people who tackled it faced particularly challenging circumstances. Quite apart from the risk of catching the disease itself, wearing all that PPE in the tropical heat must have been utterly debilitating.

A Coronavirus medal? Probably not, though I would be quite happy to see individuals who were working in high exposure risk areas (e.g. Coronavirus ITUs) receiving the BEM or MBE.

Perhaps a new creation, the Most Dishonourable Order of the Excremental Tissue, could be awarded to the editors of the popular press (along with Richard Littlejohn, Piers Morgan et al) in recognition of their tireless efforts in making a bad situation worse.

How do you know they're bin men?

Could be a bin man, could be a Judge.
