I am currently receiving 75 & 15 pension. Any idea when we will be contacted with regards to transferring our 15 pension back to 75 after the recent court decision?

My understanding is that the question at the moment is between getting to choose at the point where the pension comes into payment and having to choose straight away. I think once that decision has been made those who have pensions in payment now will get the choice between staying or moving back solely to original pension scheme.
