I know she's been mentioned on other threads, but Dawn Butler is now reaching catastrophic levels of stupidity she is challenging Diane Abbott, and therefore in my view at least deserves her own dedicated entry.

I invite m'learned friends to consider this Tweet she posted yesterday -

Clearly she was so overcome with her appreciation of the 'solders' she didn't realise it was, in fact VJ Day and not VE Day.

Naturally everyone can make a mistake, especially our MPs with their busy lives, however far from being a one off this is just another example of her stupidity. In October 2019 she claimed ' 90% Of Giraffes Are Gay' and a month later claimed that she had reduced the number of homeless people in her constituency by 3000 - an especially impressive feat as there was only 248.

It's be funny if we weren't paying for it.

Sadly our Dianne is no longer on top of her game and can only manage one offensive gaff a month due to health reasons, luckily her colleague Dawn has stepped in to fill the gap, she has already taken a more pro active stance by using 5G technology to speed up the rate she can declare everything racist , in some cases before she even gets there , so saving money on travel expenses which she claims anyway .
