Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. I wonder if he put as much effort into the set of orders??
  2. Would be interesting to know where is the place the model replicates... N. Korea, Tibet, Nepal?
  3. Wales??
  4. WOW those little Orientals never cease to amaze me. It’s a large model to us, but to them little people in China it’s a Realistic Exercising Area.

I has to be asked why they need I model of mountains form the China/Indian border?
  5. I knew China was desperate for cheap energy but reopening the Welsh coal mines isn't, IMHO going to be a viable solution!
  6. Its says on the second page its been idenified as part of the disputed India/Chinese border, knowing the Chinese I would say thats is on veiw on purpose - they certainly have the computer tech to do it without resorting to such things
  7. I'm glad I wasn't the poor Section 2i/c told to make that whilst the Cpl wrote his orders. Mind you, at least he didn't have to fablon it.
  8. No, it's the noodles. 'Fuel for Britain, isn't it?'
  9. The've gone to a lot of trouble for what ?
  10. Perhaps the Chinese are really enthusiastic model railroaders...
  11. Maybe we should club together and give them a Hornby Train Set
  12. Yeah but he'd have a real problem if they were bumped halfway through Orders!
