  3. I would't fly Ryan ıf they paıd me.

    Most of theır pılors are asleep due fatıgue, they often cannot communıcate ın theır broken Englısh wıth ATC (many Eastern Europeans), and they are under such pressure to be on tıme that they fly approaches far too fast.
