The ancillary service economy, especially hospitality, is dying on it's arrse. No comfort to those have already lost and will lose their jobs, but better that it is done quickly.
Not so I was party to a legal action last year where the other party folded on the morning of court as his financial backer found out he would be liable for costs if they lost as his mate was broke.!I can't see it either, unless they sought a share of the pot if she had won.
