Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Homepage | The Fabergé Big Egg Hunt

Stuck for something to do at the weekend? Why not join in the Big Egg Hunt? This is raising money for the Elephants and Action for Children. There are 209 eggs to be found around London in 12 zones, maps on website. I've found 162 so far including a hairy one, a gentleman's trunk and 3 large chocolate ones. There is one in the ladies knickers section of Selfridges, haven't found it yet so don't know if it's wearing knickers
  2. I saw a few in Covent Garden the other weekend.

I have far better things to do with my time.....unless it can be incorporated in some sort of drinking adventure.
  3. They seem to be grouped in decent areas of London (meaning areas with decent boozers!). Eggy pub-crawl anyone?

Texting in the key word for 25p a time seems a bit steep even for an outside punt at £100K. I'm sure there will be enough people who will get all 209 - the tie-breaker will be the 'wally-egg' which moves around London. Seem to be loads of people taking pictures of them (I walk past 8 on the way to work each day).
  4. Can they be BBQd?
