The BBC: are claims of political bias justified? Part 2.

Can someone explain to me why they have, as you describe it, a very special place in the victim Olympics?

They are not persecuted here, nor ever have been. In fact, it's the other way round in that they - some of them - react extremely to any criticism of their behaviour. That, no matter how mild the criticism and no matter how repulsive the behaviour - yes, I'm talking about the organised mass rape of minors again.

The only reason I can see for their being treated with kid gloves is because they have been a block of votes for Labour. Labour whilst in power bent over backwards in terms of pandering, and some parts of the Muslim community have got very used to those excessive levels of pandering and patronage.

Any attempt to deal with them fairly and equally is then branded prejudice.

Buggered if I know why they're treated as special, quite honestly they should be treated as pariahs until they sort out the behaviour of their "community", other than, as you say they're seen as a block vote by the socialists. Mildly absurd as their inclinations towards fundamentalism are quite right wing if they were Christians.

The pandering and patronage is blatant and not deserved, like you I'm sick of any criticism of Islam being treated as racism.

I'm not anti muslim, not by any measure, if I was I couldn't live in a town with a high muslim population, but I do see the use of the religion as a get out of jail free and treat with kid gloves attitude as absurd and destructive to society as a whole.

On looking at this fellow who has caused chaos in and around Yorkshire County Cricket club, am minded to think it is primarily Pakistanis.

I am surrounded by Muslims, many from North Africa, some The Middle East, and a handful Bosnia – most rub along like regular folk (my neighbour drinks cans of lager like they’re never going to be made again).

I really don't understand why the BBC has become so anti Semite (and imo it is) and at the same time become so pro Muslim to the exclusion, almost, of all other religions and sects.
The psychology of some people is an obsession with attaining power and then generally they're want more power and are obsessed and hateful, towards those who already have power but aren't on message with them. The result is the over-politicization of our society, which has allowed some people to lionize a minority who don't have all that much power (islam) and use them to attack everyone else.

My sense of the BBC and its crowd, is they're are obliged to disguise and hide stories which don't fit the narrative and are to some extent dicing with their own destruction. Because the destruction of Christianity which the BBC seem fully behind, may just see future generations abandoning the soulless life of wellbeing and excess, for the aesthetic virtues of Islam and one day those friendly imams may just turn on the Beeb and its ilk.

Islam (as it's currently practiced, not historically) is pretty intolerant of other religions and they really, fundamentally hate the Jews seeing them as ancient enemies and the BBC are no doubt aware of that. The only conclusion I can arrive at is the BBC in an attempt to dodge even a hint of "islamophobia" (the made up term that amounts to racism accusations even though Islam isn't a race) and to cosy up to a very vocal minority of the population.
Muslims have a very special place in the victim olympics and even a hint of criticism of Islamist behaviour results in howls of racism. Just take the Batley Grammar School teacher that's in hiding as the press and the BBC in particular didn't condemn the threats and all but accused him of being at fault.
I'd argue that Islam has from its inception been wholly intolerant of other religions. Islam expanded militarily and pretty much wiped out the religions in its paths. Estimates vary but around 240m people are estimated to have died as islam advanced and consolidated its position. Witness the Armenian genocide, the hundreds of Muslim attacks that eventually caused Europe to say 'enough' and start the crusades. There are of course examples of cohabiting with other religions, but not where Islam is in the ascendancy. Islam is based on power, honour and revenge, that ideology does not sit easily with anything but itself.

The labour party is protective of its voting bloc. Its broadcasting wing presents muslims as eternal victims of colonial oppression, no matter what the inconvenient facts say.

but islam's UK get out of jail card owes more to the establishment fear that if we, the moronic masses join the dots about the threat posed by village islam, we might turn into lynch mobs given another couple of Manchester atrocities. It is imperative therefore that ropers be portrayed in the best possible light.

I would add a further dimension.

As a nipper at this time of year in my part of the world it was wall to wall Carol services and Carol singing.

The standard Carol sheets were charity ones, supporting Palestinian refugees in the camps that resulted during the bitter events surrounding the formation of Israel. There was no question, the Israelies were the bad guys, and even in our little backwater that feeling was strong.

Few people talked about the holocaust, enabling a false but easy distinction between Israel and the Jews.

It is only much more recently that the two have been seen as synonymous. Thus it is quite easy to postulate that the BBC are quite happy to continue to cast Israel (the nation) as the bad guys without them feeling that they are anti-semetic.

See Jeremy Bowen for details.

And MiniPops. Jailbait!

Oh, those!

I know a song about that, or at least a YouTube video that mentions them and puts the boot into a lot of the Beeb's pet paedophiles - and a few more for good measure:

My sense is the Jewish people are a very intelligent genome and have a strong nurture aspect which maximizes potential and they're have an enormous number of geniuses. That puts them at the top of society and in direct competition, with some mediocre people who have personal animus towards them and say attended a crap uni and would rather like to have all the power.

The state of Israel is a convenient mask for just old fashioned anti-Semitism and as London in particular has become more diverse I think is something nobody wants to talk about all that much.

I keep getting bounced into an age restriction verification page that wants my photo ID or my credit card details?

I don't doubt it.

Not sure why you think the BBC is "so pro Muslim" and I wonder why you are bothered enough to even mention it.

Not really sure why you think they've become "so anti Semite", either.

I watch a lot of BBC news output and from what I see, they're broadly neutral.

You've let your colours show with that little phrase.

Have you met my chum RGJ?

Its not the job of the BBC to condemn anything.

Oh?

I've got a YouTube account I've held for donkey's years, so I must have forgotten that bit, though I didn't have to provide a photo id when I created it.

The video does put a joyous boot into the goolies of Jimmy Savile, Gary Glitter, Jonathan King, Stuart Hall, whichever ******** came up with the Mini-Pops, John Lydon, and so on, but it's probably not worth signing your life away for Google's targetted advertising thingy, which will happen if you do sign up.

They are joined at the hip.
Both are in the end anti democracy/working class white and Pro EU.

No prizes for guessing who finds that funny.
