  1. Don't know if anyone else is like me and loves that sauce, so i found this receipe on the net and thought I'd try it to see if its the same, personally i think it is. Here's the receipe if you want to have a bash.

    1 head of Garlic
    1 table spoon of oil
    3 cups of water
    1 cup of pineapple juice
    1/4 jar of teriyaki sauce
3 table spoons of soy sauce
1 1/3 cups of dark brown sugar
3 tables spoons of lemon juice
    1/2 onion finely diced
2-3 table spoons of jack daniels
2 tables spoons of crushed pineapple
    1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Cut the top off the garlic drizzle with oil and roast in the oven until the cloves are soft ( around 20 mins) leave to go cold
combine the water, pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice and brown sugar in a pan and simmer until the sugar has melted ( do not let it boil)
squeeze out the cooled garlic into the pan ensuring it's fully mixed into the sauce, add the onions jack daniels and cayenne and simmer it all for about 30 - 40 mins until the sauce is thick and syrupy.

    goes great on virtually anything.
