Thats fairly interesting with just a quick scan, exploding myths is fun and a lot of bull has been written about stopping power and terminal ballistics.
To be honest the best bullet fired most accurately wont always have the same effect on the target even if you could replicate conditions close enough between shots to be effective.
No two people react the same to pain and no two quarry do either. Its all about maximising chances and good research is fun to do but what benchmarks are set and what is the gold standard is often confusing! Ballistic gel is accepted by most despite the fact that it isnt a true representation of a torso by definition of tghe fact that most of the time the bullet would leave the average torso! Still its better than nothing!
