    Does anyone know if Tech Storemen are being recruited again or is the trade still chock-full of ex-Reg Specs?

    Dude, the Corps is still actively recruiting blanket atackers and nut and bolt counters. so if it floats your boat, jump in and swim!!!

    They are still recruiting Tech Stmn, but the main undermanning is at Cpl,Sgt and SSgt

    As an outside stacker.

    I always saw the REME tech Storeman as an attractive option. First of all it isn’t that technical(be honest) it well looked after (hence higher band) and decent promotion. In addition they are usually employed in penny numbers so you work under your own steam and valued.

    It was a bit late in the day for me, but an attractive option, all the REME can’t be SW
