A fascinating talk about one of the Army Air Corps’ most recent and talked about operations; Operation Telic, the War in Iraq. To commemorate 10 years since the beginning of Operation Telic, the Museum is hosting a free talk for visitors starting at 3pm. Captain Ric Dawson AAC, who served on Operation Telic I, will be talking about the operation, what it was like to fly in desert conditions and the key role the Army Air Corps played. There will be the opportunity for visitors to ask questions. The talk is suitable for ages 16+ and is free with normal Museum entry.
