Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. "It was discovered that the man every member of the Irish police's rank and file had been looking for - a Mr Prawo Jazdy - wasn't exactly the sort of prized villain whose apprehension leads to an officer winning an award.

In fact he wasn't even human. " :D :p

  2. Ha Ha....
    Thanks for that OS
I have a meeting tomorrow with a reporter from a national newspaper in Warsaw, I'll ask him to put it in.
It could be the story of the year in this Godforsaken dump.
    Thanks again

    Edited to add
    Also, how f*cking stupid!
I've just had a look at my Polish driving license and it's blatently obvious that the 'Prawo Jazdy' title isn't the name of the licensee.

This is going to cause a F*cking hoot over here.

  3. Oh dear. What a bollock!

    MsG

  4. BBC are shite

It is quite embarrassing to see that the system has created Prawo Jazdy as a person with over 50 identities."

there are over 14,000 Gardai- and 50 instances of this Prawo mistake

so the phrase every member of An Garda Siochana was looking for him is blatanlty wrong

    Saying that

its quiet funny and even The Gardai can see the funny side of it

  5. Delighted to help, old chap 8)

  6. It's doing the rounds of just every police website/forum but all in good fun.

So long as they laugh with us and not at us, things will be fine.
