I do, and yes they passed. It is a huge amount of work though, and I suspect they dropped a degree classification as a result. It depends on what kind degree your doing and where, an arts degree at a ex poly would be significantly easier than engineering at a top ten uni.
It is quite a jump, but if you have not had any military experience joining the OTC might be a good bet first. great social life and there is a bit of military on the side. someone in the unit will be able to point you in the right direction, make the enquires discretely though.
4 Para may be a better bet than the OTC- It will give you a better idea of what to prepare for
