The heart of the site is the forum area, including:
I want. How hard is it? etc.
it's very tough, from what i remember when i went to see the boys at White City (10 Coy, 4 Para).
lots of injuries and back-squadding.
takes place over a number of weekends (pre-Para) then it's the full P Coy i think. may be wrong, as memory hazy on this point.
Its hard enough.
The events have grown over the years and in addition to the ones listed on the link by B-E-B a number of the events now take place in Brecon and include back to back tabs.
Our unit had two guys go for it, to be honest we all thought they stood a very good chance - both failed
Its pretty hard but its achiveable.
I failed my first attempt and then just put the training in second time round.
Its got alot more to do with your head than your body though. Mental toughness will get you through becasue fitness alone doesnt. We had a really unfit guy on ours but he made cos he just pushed himself so damn hard.
