Parliament must vote on the existence of the Armed Forces annually, from Cromwellian times.

Can anyone beat that?

Yes Dale, That annual renewal of the Army Act (I think), that gave the Army a year's continued legal existence, ended over half a century ago!

Annual Defence Review is voted on every year.

I hope the cunts vote me out next year, I apparently get to keep my pension.

Do we still have an Army? I thought the EU had decided that it was against Armed conflict in principle and would rather send Civil Servants (UN) and hippies (NGO's) to bleat, play the tamborine and wring hands.
