  2. I rather think we may be missing a trick here. Islamic prisoners could be subjected to what in olden days was referred to as brain-washing and then turned out as either "Manchurian Candidates" or as "good locusts".

    Yes of course it would violate their human rights and is probably morally wrong but sometimes you just wish that we weren't the goodies. Maybe we aren't, so no harm in a pilot scheme perhaps?? :)
