does anyone know anywhere in the UK I can get the US style stretchy laces you get on the jungle boots etc... the ones that look like purlon with a heat crimped end?

    I think that makes sense.

  2. Am i missing somthing or are these just a bit of shock cord and a cord lock ?

  3. I have several pairs of stretchy laces, they look exactly like normal black bootlaces except they are slightly elasticated meaning they do up very tightly and the knots never slip. I love them but couldn't say where to get more as my dad gave me mine, he got hold of them sometime between '68 and '91....
