Sticking World Champions

Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. For those interested, The world Pacesticking championship took place last Friday at RMAS.

The good news is that the 1st Bn. Coldstream Guards were the victorious team.

Not bad for a Battalion recently returned from Afghanistan.

I've placed this in the NAAFI so all the non-drillers and chipsters can have their say.

For a little more info, and some pictures due soon, have a look at clicky sticky stuff
  2. An RAF team turned up this year, but they went home when they found out the Sticking Competition didn't involve paper shapes, PVA glue and those little plastic safety scissors.
  3. They didn´t have a PG Tips monkey stashed in their uniform did they?

Otherwise disgruntled (and cravenly anonymous) RSM might get the grumpy.
  4. No reports of monkeys in No 2 Dress.

I did hear a rumour that the Royal Artillery team lost points for going down the range with their Pace Sticks protruding out of the top of their day sacks, as per standing orders for decades in Woolwich.
