Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. The Royal Mail has released six new stamps celebrating almost 350 years of British army uniforms.

    See here
  2. Yeah, i think that something similar happened in the 70's. There were some stamps put out doing the same thing.I seem to remember the greenjacket one showing a Riflemen of the 95th in the kneeling posistion but can't recall any other regiments?..maybe it was just a one off?

Yes, I think there was a Para and and Irish Guard in the old set.

Where's the homeless bloke in the new set?
