Special help with pressups

Hi all,
Ive seen so many post about press ups but my problem does't to fall under any of those categories,that is why i made a new post.
The problem is, i can do 45 press ups in about 1min without resting but after the 45 i get completely knackered and all i could do more is maybe 5.my target number is 80.ive tried different methods but none of them works for me.any advice will be much appreciated.thanks

Try stopping at thirty resting for 10-15 seconds then another thirty and so on, this is allowed in the fitness tests and most people do it and it works for me. Hope this helps.
