Spanish plane crash

#1
Had a look but not seen any reports about the Madrid plane crash in the NAAFI yet, so I'll make a 'Start'

MODS - please merge if nes.

I see the Spanish concord reenactment was pretty impressive

The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain...

...However; the Planes in Spain fall mainly on rough terrain.

Anymore greatly appreciated.

I fly to Murcia (San Javier) on Saturday and I am just a little worried. Even so talking to Skjold Snr (my dad) this morning;

SK Snr: Yep I can pick you up from the Airport on Saturday.
SK Jnr: Thats great, but can you do multiple pick ups. We might find ourselves separated and a little spread out over the airport.
SK Snr: Your sick(chuckle, chuckle)

I'm just waiting for the aviation outrage squad to wade in. You'll all be posting apologies in the Aviation forum by the end of the day.

Ah, time to break out the old Buster Poindexter classic:

Me mind on fire -- Me soul on fire -- Feeling hot hot hot
Party people -- All around me feeling hot hot hot

You need to pop over to PPRUNE for some of that. Airline pilots don't have a sense of humour it seems. Self rightious bunch of cnuts.

If you look towards the front of the centre isle, you will see a steward demonstrating the use of the, erm, running up and down with their hair on fire and screaming drills.

Welcome aboard Air Espanol Flight 237. I am your Capitan. The flight will take approximately 18 seconds and reach a height of 50 feet before landing 200 yards further down the runway in a big ball of flames.
