Quick question I've started experience a sore right hip on the inside of the leg. I've had it a few times the day after a fast run, been kicking or after I have done some 400's. The discomfort seems to have been brought on by the 400's, although I can't be 100% on that. If I don't run it goes away within a few days. I'm thinking my inner thigh muscles are tight which is what has brought it on, however I've run quite often before having a new months off running and never experienced this previously (knee, ankle and foot yes).
