It has when you can't access DII from home....

So that'll be almost the entire TA then.

Have you tried Directory Enquiries?

Ask for HQ Land and they'll put you through to the switch operator in Wilton. Probably.

Perish the thought - he/she is not actually in work this week/2 weeks. Leave/course etc.

The Regular Army cannot be expected to be at the beck and call of the TA all the time.
