  12. Take one group of relatively low paid but highly skilled fighting specialists.

    Make them go through years of menial tasks that the public of today would never of even contemplate doing.

    Send them to the most inhospitabel and dangerous places in the world to put their lives on the line daily.

    Give them the most appalling conditions imaginable.

    And they will stick crack a joke and call you a cnut
