Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Well on the "Big 5" Rolf Harris on BBC1 My family at war
Thats it for the big 5 unless you include Special Forces Heroes on CH5, apart from that its timewatch on BBC4 and thats your lot. Obviously there are a couple of programmes on Discovery, Mil history etc but you would of thought the BBC would of tried harder, Im sure if a story broke about soldiers mistreating afghan goats or some other such drivel a "Panorama special" would of been recorded within hours and screened tonight. :x
  2. Band of Brothers edited version 23 20 bbc2w part 2
  3. For us day-time viewers. We had 'The Desert Rats' with Richard Burton.
Nowt better than a Black-and-White movie epic.. on such a day as today.
  4. I thought coverage had been pretty good.......would have been nice to have The Last Tommy program repeated
  5. Pity they filmed the desert rats outside Palm Springs in the Mojhave
  6. Been repeated several times today on UKTV History and on again tonight at 2100 and tomorrow at 0700
  7. edited version? the PC police been out again?
  8. I am but a poor student with only 4 channels, but thanks anyway
  9. If it's any consolation, I've got 700 odd and there's fuck all on :D
  10. cut it down to 2 hours
