Sit Ups

Just take five different ab exercises from a fitness website (there are tons) and do 100 reps per day (should be able to manage that? if not do it in sets).

I find just doing sit ups doesnt really help you have to do vary it to work all the different ab muscles. After a few weeks of varied ab workouts you should be able to reach the basic 50 in 2 mins without breaking a sweat.
