Because When My Feet Are Hooked Under Something I Can Knock Them Out For Ages, Easy As, But With Them Not Hooked Under Anything It Just Becomes Awkward...
sit ups when? In basic training someone holds your feet down, then you hold theirs down. Unless it's changed since 1994??
