    Are The Sit-Ups With Feet Hooked Under Something Or Not?
    Because When My Feet Are Hooked Under Something I Can Knock Them Out For Ages, Easy As, But With Them Not Hooked Under Anything It Just Becomes Awkward...
  2. sit ups when? In basic training someone holds your feet down, then you hold theirs down. Unless it's changed since 1994??
  3. When you are tested on your PFT your feet are held down by a partner.

  7. I do half sit ups, it's like keeping you tensed or something, much better for the 6 pack ;)

  9. I do sit ups without my feet hooked under and easily bang out 20 everytime I go to the toilet and 100 each night.
