Should be 1st of Feb. Take a shotgun when you walk the dogs, just about guarantee you wont see a bird then!

Voluntary bans already in place according to BASC. Mind the snow has gone here but its really just as cold if not colder (is that possible?) and our woodcock should be lively on Saturday!

  9. Well I was at the farmers market in Solihull last Friday and the bloke with the Game Stall had some lovely birds... all the Pheasant had gone though... (It goes the second he opens his van)

Kill them first, less likely to fly off then!
