Apologies if this has been done before, please remove and point me in the right direction if needs be. I am an ex reg and have tried to keep a decent level of fitness since leaving, I am becoming more and more prone to shin splints or whatever you call them to the point where my shins are actually to sore to touch. Any ideas of the causes or cures? I dont to to much running on concrete, trainers are decent, do a lot of hill walking etc. Any ideas?
