Our client based in Manchester, Greater Manchester is a leading communications service provider across a variety of customers in the UK. They offer a variety of products to their customers including service and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a technical support service to over 2000 clients ranging from small to large enterprise organisations.
  • The successful candidate must have the following; Strong LAN/WAN skills, SIP experience, Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems, Contact Centre Experience, ITIL Foundation Certificate (version 2 and above), Network +, CTP, CCNA, VMware environment and Microsoft MCSA.
  • Ideally you will have ShoreTel skills: ShoreTel UC, ShoreTel ECC, ShoreTel Mobility. Mitel skills: Mitel MiVoice Office (5000) MCA or Mitel MiVoice Business (MCD) MCA or Software applications associated with the above.
