Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. To any of the pay experts out there:

I've seen the phrase "Service Charity Yearly" on a recent pay statement and a deduction of £8.75.

I can't recall signing up for this and none of my pay staff can shed any light on the subject.

Does anybody know what charity it goes to and how it has been authorised as a deduction?

  3. Army Dependants Trust (ADT) - comes out every January - just slightly different terminology under JPA, just to confuse!!

  4. Cheers Paywog.
  5. On that note what is SERVICE DAYS PAY GIVING?
  6. Regt/Corps Assn - another of those things you signed up to in the dim and distant past, possibly without realising!!

  7. you have to love the things they make you sign in phase one :D
