[FONT=&amp]To support, day to day, the safe operation of the clients Sites and to co-ordinate and support the application of best practice and code of conduct throughout the organisation. Lead quality activities for your assigned customer to ensure processes, procedures and parts are compliant with their requirements and in line with all policies and procedures. Review working practices and adopt a continuous improvement culture. Engage and develop all members of the organization team to ensure individuals understand and are working to these requirements.[/FONT]

· [FONT=&amp]To assist and support implementation of the site Health & Safety Policy[/FONT]

  • [FONT=&amp]Monitor for safety hazards in the work environment via 5S audit (trip, VDUs)[/FONT]

[FONT=&amp]Quality Activities[/FONT]

  • [FONT=&amp]Support New business bidding activities – support new bid activities by via qualification/approvals gap analysis studies[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&amp]Support Contract and purchase order review – For new contracts and repeat purchase orders review to ensure that customer specification up-issues are understood and any necessary internal action taken to be compliant. Also a review of FAIR history is required and the re-FAIR requirements identified prior to the acceptance of the PO[/FONT]
· [FONT=&amp]Responsible for leading the acquisition of new/additional customer approvals and redefining the internal Primus procedures ([/FONT][FONT=&amp]Develop and approve quality plans, Ensure FAIR robustness - oversight of key production stages such as lay-up, curing, assembly, machining, materials handling/life management)[/FONT]
· [FONT=&amp]Manage the acquisition of the required approvals[/FONT]
· [FONT=&amp]Ensure Nadcap compliance[/FONT]

  • [FONT=&amp]Responsible for the MRB and concession communicates and clearance activities with the customer[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&amp]Support Concession and MRB reduction activities. This will require an understand of the trends and pareto analysis to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the processes as well as inputting into action plans and leading 8D analysis activities to identify root causes and identified solutions[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&amp] Responsible for compiling and agreeing Quality Control definitions internally and externally[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&amp]Responsible for the maintenance of the customer approvals and relevant 3[SUP]rd[/SUP] party (AS9100 and Nadcap) in the engineering, quality and operational functions of the business [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&amp]Support business activities which include supplier audits, Thailand transfer or support on customer related issues or rate increase activities in production which require quality engineering support.[/FONT]
· [FONT=&amp]Support management in [/FONT][FONT=&amp]Identifying resources and skills required for NPI[/FONT]
· [FONT=&amp]Responsible for monitoring process capability improvement via SPC, MSA etc and improving the effectiveness of the process or reflecting the process capability in the component definitions[/FONT]

[FONT=&amp]Technical & Quality[/FONT]

  • [FONT=&amp]Ensure compliance to customer requirements[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&amp]Lead and guide the team in to resolve technical issues. For re-occurring issues ensure 8D analysis tools are employed[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&amp]Engage company specialists to assist in issues that cannot be resolved within the team[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&amp]Support the customer in design phase and negotiate quality requirements to ensure they can be achieved within Primus process capabilities. If data is not available then plans are required to work to acquiring the data[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&amp]Support shop floor activities to ensure compliant process/part manufacture and understanding of engineering generated documents[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&amp]Capture lessons learned and best practice[/FONT]
· [FONT=&amp]Exhibits good leadership and communication skills to action team members[/FONT]
· [FONT=&amp]Train and develop team to support customer programmes and incentives
