Sending Kit To The US

#1
I'm heading to the US later this year for a few months for a civvi job. I'm TA, and whilst I'm out there have arranged, through the CoC, to be attached to a US unit for the duration of my stay.
Obviously I'll be needing to take kit over with me (probably just a bergans worth), however can I expect the Army to pay the cost of getting across the kit I'll need? With the civvi stuff I'll be taking, adding a Bergan will definately take me over the weight limit.

They should be able to do it via the MFO system. Your QM should have details. Remember you can claim kit insurance when you send anything too!

If they won't then courier is a cheaper option than taking it on a plane I'd imagine.
