The task will include but not be limited to: [LIST] [*]manning the front desk of the building is the primary role, including monitoring cameras, intruder and fire panels, and providing access control for various patrons. [*]carrying out a sweep and head-count of areas of the building at preset times to ensure only authorised users are present. [*]managing the keys - checking them in and out as they are required by authorised users. [*]being be the first aid point of contact for users of the building when the facilities team are off site. [*]allowing authorised users vehicle keys for the client's fleet. [*]booking in and logging lost property as and when it's handed in. A CCTV licence and First Aid certificate would be advantageous, but will be provided to the right applicant. A people-friendly demeanour with the ability to take a firm but fair approach. The role requires the applicant to be confident to work alone and to follow the assignment instructions in order to make decisions. Being able to speak, and write in English is essential, and other languages would be advantageous.
