Searching for Chris Phelan(former Parachute regiment)

This is a bit of a long shot but I have been asked by my dad to try and find Chris Phelan(former Parachute regiment) who he served with in Northern Ireland.

I am a member of ARSSE and thought I would try my luck on this website.

His name is Chris Phelan and I only have very basic information, he was a sergeant in the Falklands, finally retired as a commissioned officer(either captain or major) and we last saw him in Portsmouth in 1992 where he lived at the time.

He served with the Parachute regiment from 1973 to 1995 and during the 70's and 80's worked with my dad(RUC) quite a lot.

I have some other details about him but I don't want to publish here as it may be a little close to breaking the PERSEC rules. All the details mentioned above are available on the internet already.

If anyone can help me out or point me in the right direction I'd be grateful.

Thanks Rob

Hi, if you pm me your email and name I will send him a message.
He's one of those lawyers working for the poor licckle PIRA Boyos who didn't like being in a 2 way range....but were quite happy to murder unarmed people in front of the kids
