While it’s arguably all very laudable it smacks of just trying to act relevant make you look like your playing with the big dawgs, however it does leave me wondering why and who or where the cuts will be to pay for it - or will they just say Westminster’s fault and look to kick the magic money tree again and see what comes oot?

Welsh government has also agreed for £30m from its budget to go to support Ukraine.
But ministers in Cardiff said it was "not right" that money should come from the budget for Welsh public services.
One minister said they had agreed to the spending, but had been told by the Treasury that their budget would be cut and there was "no consultation".
Or maybe not really but feeling they have to and still thinking that someone else should pay for it as it’s “their money”.
