Go figure what? The Tories are marginal and on course to be routed at the May elections - as support for independence reaches 57%. The trend is only going one way and has been for some time.
But when it comes to elections the ScotTories don't do that badly - just remind which Party is the second largest in the Wee Hoose, in an increasing vote?

And the added factor of it may well be a new Leader of the Scottish Nationalist Party that is campaigning pre may

That's amazing. How did the BBC manage to get Ipsos Mori to poll 100% of the population to get such figures?

Edit. I should add that’s a few years old, but as I noted back in 2014, the SNP utilised a rather effective online influencing campaign.

Cumstain 5 for example was on line at specific times calculated by somebody for optimum timings. And always tried to be the last to post. That’s a social media technique as quite often people only read the last comment.

The fact that you've popped up again suggests to me that things might not be going according to plan in SNP Land.

If you really, really want independence give the English a vote too.

Weirdly, the reality is the public in vast numbers think Nicola has handled Covid better than BoJo:

polls are bollocks , I have never met anyone who has ever been asked by a pollster and I can assure you that 9 out of 10 people in and around my acquaintance and family detest the SNP with a passion and wouldn't piss on Queen Nicola if she was on fire.

I highly suspect if you asked the mythical 57% if they wanted independence knowing that they would lose the Barnett formula and freebies, wouldn't be allowed to join the EU as we are no where near qualifying to join and the laughable Jock pound would be so worthless due to our shocking deficit vs GDP that we couldn't borrow money without a massive interest rate then they would reconsider.

Every day now the SNP/Sturgeon are actually being questioned by the media for the first time on their poor performance, many failings and internal party strife. This will be really ramped up in any indy attempt, particularly as Sturgeon and Fatty Blackfold's Bigotry and whining has really started to wind up your average decent English joe or Jane who have done us no harm and subsidise SNP electorate bribes and shocking wastage of funds.

If Sturgeon was serious she would put forward a credible 10 year fiscal plan that would show how our deficit would be solved and how she would attract business and investment and even more importantly start to get a grip of it now but dont hold your breath waiting for that to happen!

It could be argued that, with the spread of SNP constituency MSP seats that the majority of Scotland is SNP stronghold country.

Every government should be held to account by an effective opposition but the Scottish Tories are toxic across vaste swathes of Scotland because of BoJo, Brexit and growing support for Sturgeon's leadership compared to BoJo's. But now the Scottish Tories are on course for a crushing defeat in May.

Yes Equally with the voting system in place it wouldn't take a seismic change for the actual number of seats SNP take to go down as opposed to up.

Bit like Sturgeon is becoming toxic to some of the party eh? Maybe you should go back to backslapping each other on the relevant bigoted Facetwat pages.

Of course when she is ‘held to account’ St Nic becomes all flustered and can’t deal with anything bar pre screened questions.

This is the year of postal ballot elections it will be interesting to see how that pans out and affects vote share.

Don't forget the 16&17 year olds!

Sturgeon's leadership
Continued blether on a scripted daily propaganda tv show where she ignores difficult questions, does not a leader make, as has been proved by her poor record on....well......everything that has anything to do with actually running Scotland, but you just keep on dreaming your little dream.
