Whilst in the midst of a mass casualties event certain procedures may have to be adjusted, we are not currently in such a time.
The numbers of admissions are well within capacity.
However the conditions are currently extra ordinary and the pressures are resulting in folk believing that a mass casualties event is going to happen tomorrow
